It says life is refilled every 15 min on the game, mine takes 30 min for refills, why is that?

It says life is refilled every 15 min on the game, mine takes 30 min for refill, why is that?

I think it's different between each player. I have 15 minutes between lives but my friend who plays has 30 as well so I guess it's a bit of a testing thing.
