I have this same issue, have tried all the fixes, etc. and yet it continues. How many more people have to have this problem, lose $ and time before King decides it is their apps/programming that may need to be looked at. I am seeing this issues posted all over the net. I am about to stop playing your games altogether if this doesn't get corrected. I bet I am not alone in that thought either.
These games also love to crash while in the middle of playing a board too...so frustrating!
