Is it possible to beat level 1028 with only 3 water buckets?

Thank you to the moderator that emailed me back to let me know they believed my question was a duplicate and to please refer to "Bug on level 1028" for answers.

Only problem, "Bug on level 1028" is still on the "Unsolved Questions" list..

Now what?  Is this a bug?  Is it possible to get 150 water droplets from 3 buckets on level 1028?

Hey Sandy,

I thought this was fixed too. 

If it hasn't yet for you on your iPad, then delete the Farm Heroes Saga app and reinstall it. Yeah you can lose your saved up boosters and lives, but you assure to have the fix too.

The un-install and re-install did not change anything.  And to top it off, now I've lost my boosters but figured it would be worth it to fix the bug. 

This is very frustrating.
