Why my king games doesn t finish the loading ?

I'm trying to play farm heroes but the loading line does not finish to grow up.it s an unusual problem that i find only on my pc, because it doesn t present on my tablet.it's been three days. I've already changed my antivirus program but the problem persist. thank you for the attention. TYhe problem exist for all the king's game. not only one
