Writing this for my wife as she doesn't have a Facebook account, so she can't log into this care site. My post was linked by support under Candy Crush, but she's only having this problem with Farm Heroes, so I'm posting it here, too.
For the last week or two, she's been unable to sync with the King account she set up on her iPhone. Not only that, but the King logo in the settings isn't visible, so she can't log out, either. I've seen a number of people reporting sync issues, but there is no apparently status update that I can see. She doesn't want to clear cache or reinstall the app for fear of losing boosters / progress as been reported by others. Is there someone working on this bug? It appears to have arisen after the August 15th updates, version 2.57.2.

If you don't want to clear cache or delete the app then you might not be able to resolve the issue. Boosters are just boosters, they can be picked up and again and I'd rather have a working game than a handful of boosters.

It's not happening on my mine, either, but that doesn't mean it's not widespread. There are many complaints on the Candy Crush board & others have been in contact with King in other ways. I'm guessing they're working on a fix.
If she only had a few boosters, she'd try it, but we're talking about 50 or so. She's not that desperate yet.
