I have beat racid racoon at 955 but will not move to next level

Along with this issue I am not getting any points as I play.  I have beat the raccoon twice, reloaded several times and no luck?

When the level ends and pop-up appears to say why you didn't pass it, what does it show? It will normally tell you why you didn't complete it. King have a thread about passing levels and the game not recognising it:
