Losing all progress after logging in and out of Facebook account.

My mom plays this game alot and she asked me if I could help her retrieve her lost progress. Last time she was at level 461. She accidentally logged into her Facebook account because she didn't understand what the game was telling her. Because of that she lost all her progress. When I unlogged her from her FB account, she was back at level 1. Can you please help me get her back to the level she was at? Also if this issue can be solved I will tell you her Facebook account. I am logged on my profile.
