Progression lost

I was connected in candy crush saga and farm heroes saga with my email so I wouldn't lose progress when I have to switch phone. Then my phone died and had to switch phone and I lost my progress, even though I was connected. I was about level 280 in candy crush saga and in 110 in farm heroes saga. So it is really frustrating that I was connected and still lost my progress.

The game doesn't connect to an email address, it connects Facebook or Kingdom account.So did you connect the game to your Facebook account or did you set up a Kingdom account?

So yes I did set up a kingdom account but now it says there is no account for any of my email addresses.

I did set up a Kingdom account. At least I tought I did as the farm heroes saga prompted to "save" my progress and so I did but not via facebook
