Facebook connection fails

It's now months that I have this issue with Farm Heroes Saga - and only with Farm Heroes, others like Candy Crush are working fine.

Everytime I try to sync, the Facebook window will pop up, I enter my e-mail and password and will get the information that Farm Heroes is already authorized. I am redirected to the app but still not connected.

This means that every time I gain a new animal it will be deleted by the time I open the app anew.

Please give me advice, I already checked Facebook without success.

I saw a moderator post about this issue a while back but I can't find it now. I remember them saying it was a Facebook issue. If you make sure you're logged into the right account in the Facebook app and also in your browser also. 

If this doesn't work I can only think to delete both apps and start the sync process again. 

Thanks for your answer. Deleting didn't help :(I use Facebook only as website and don't have the FB app.
