Cannot send heip request to move onto next level

For the last 4 days I cannot send request for help to move onto next level as when I click to ask for help there are NO friends on the list. Only manes for non players...

Have you tried taking the game off your Facebook and adding again? You won't lose any progress as it's synced to your Facebook and works like a soft reset. 

- Go to account settings and click on the app menu at the left bottom.

- Inside Apps you will see all the apps that you added to your account, look for Farm Heroes Saga.

- On the right side of the app name, you can see the “x” beside the edit, click on the “x” to remove the app.

Once done just go to the game page and it will add itself to your list again.

i tried this and still No friends to send to for help. I have cleaned my browser as well. amd ran a spyware scan. still nothing
