Might have been a connection or server issue. Or something to do with your card. 

Maybe try a transaction in another King game if you play any, or check with your bank that your card is okay.

The card is fine and all of the games have been converted to Barbados dollars and the game is not allowing me to change cards either. There is no connection or server issue otherwise I would not be able to talk to you.

What game store are you using @cicelycool? Its usually something to do with them, such as google for android and ios would be itunes. The game usually just links you to which ever payment store it is you are using.
