Purchased gold bars, receiving error

first package purchased a while ago, game crashed and I never received them.  Now if I try to purchase again, it tells me I've already purchased and will restore for free...but nothing ever restores.  Please help. 

Btw.  I'm not playing this game through FB as I never linked it.
