Losing al levels

Recently I logged in on Farmville and Candy Crush Saga and I lost al my levels (About 500). I'm also unable to send things with my friends. They are all gone. I don't know why. Maybe it's because of an update from my iPad? I tried so many things, but it just doesn't work. Can you help me please? Thank you...
