Hi my game won't connect to WiFi but works on 4G?

I play on my android phone and on iOS, I can't send lives to my friends and ask about them, my husband has the same problem on his iPhone, everything works fine on 4G

Are you both connected to the same WiFi network?

I'm guessing that you might have a restriction in the Internet connection - most probably in the firewall settings.

I suggest you check the settings in the router in order to reconfigure the firewall.
