Loosing beans

Ok so I am asking for my mom she keeps loosing beans I just started the game did not hit any level she had 989 beans then it went down to 250 with out hitting any thing and this does this all the time every day it's to the point where she will win levels get a good amount of beans saved up then play another game goes back then beans will disappear  I update her game and her iPad so every thing is updated she plays on an iPad  2.

Have you tried the live chat feature? It could be there is an issue, but have you tried deleting the game, rebooting and reinstalling (you will lose any saved boosters tho)

Where can I find the live chat feature won't she lose all her progress boosters won't be a problem she has none but she at 636
