No king games will load, I have challenges in progress and daily boosters I don't want to lose

As stated King games will not load, all other games from other brands load and are playable, not King, and I am in the middle of timed challenges and daily boosters and this has to be fixed or I lose everything and it would be nice if you could state that you are working on the games when they won't load and disable the clock so players are not penalized by your actions
