got a new phone, lost my whole farm heros & farm heros super saga!

i have gotton new cell phones in the past and have not had a problem reinstalling the game to new phone and keeping my progress. this time I cant find my progress/account for either game anywhere. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I only play these games on my cell, not facebook, so what happened?!! how do I get my games back?!
