How to get back to my higher level on farm hero sega

I was on level 580 and for some reason when I went to play again I had lost all the way down to level 127. I've noticed that when I get sent to the leader board that before when I was on my higher levels it put me down as Tanya Ratton and now since loosing all my levels it put me as Tanya Rooks Ratton. Can someone please help me get back to my level580?
