Why can,t i see the private message the moderator has send me?

Why can,t i see the private message the moderator had sent me 2 times? I see my profile foto and i,am loged in en cant see a mail icon anywhere, please help me

Hi there- Thanks for posting on King Care. 

If you cannot see the envelope icon please could you try these steps instead?

- Log into King Care 

- Click on your profile icon

- Click on "My Messages" in the top right hand corner of your profile page

Tryd every stap you said en i still can,t find a message you had send. And if i click on my profile nothing happens and in the menu i can,t find the message.
