I give up, after asking 3 ore 4 times i still havent an answer about my private message

after an update i have lost all my boosters and i had payed for some, the moderators said they send me a private message 2 times en i still dont see them in my menu. followed the steps they said en there is still no message

    Hi there- Thanks for posting again, I am sorry that you cannot see my private message I have instead sent a message to your mobile game, and a pop up will appear :-)
