I have 2 avatars & special events not showing up

Recently I had an issue where all my recently won boosters went missing. I posted a question and someone from King resolved it. Since my boosters first went missing, a duplicate avatar of mine has been following me around the map. Sometimes one lags behind. Also, since these problems started, new Events/special levels haven't been showing up for me to play
