Problems logging into FB or Kingdom account

Hello, I have not been able to log into FB or my Kingdom account from my smartphone (Android) in several games. Tried all the steps from the tutorial here (all apps incl FB and my phone are updated etc, I am using my wifi connection). The messages I get while trying to log into anything are: 'no internet connection found' (while I am connected through wifi) or 'an unknown error occurred' or 'disconnected from FB'. My progress is not synced with my FB account and I seem to have lost all the extra items I had gathered in the games (like bubbles, stereo bolts etc).

What do I do? Please help,

Hello Ania,

Could you please let me know what device you are using?

Does this also happen if you try to connect with mobile data?
