Help has not helped what next

I have not installed candy crush on a phone or iPad so the possible fixes for the game were not sorted. Problem being the refusal to load and constant crashing on the home page. I have downloaded the game on my bush 7.0 my tablet and the android version is 4.4.2 so any help as to why candy crush and also farm heroes saga will not work. Frustrated beyond belief !

@CSunshineSue hey! I can see your account recently joined us and you are perhaps finding your way around. We have house rules here to keep it nice and friendly. That would cover the several negative comments I have seen so far.
