How do I restore progress on a new phone? I was logged in somehow as I had a screen name but I was not linked through Facebook?ย It is on the Android operating system.
Hello,If you have your previous mobile still available then you can create a Kingdom account to transfer your progress:Open the app and in the bottom left corner tap the settings button. Hi - I can send lives to others, request them but don't seem to ever receive them anymore. Why is this? Thanks Simone
I have been playing Farm Heroes Saga for well over a decade. I'm around level 5700. For the third time in the past few years, my boosters have disappeared. I have contacted customer support, who have told me that this has nothing to do with the game, it's my device.. however, I am not doing anything. It's the same game,โฆ
I have not been receiving lives for several weeks now, the envelope is always empty. I've restarted the app and sinc to Facebook. Now what?
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
My friends are missing. Team members can send me lives but I cannot send them. Help this is so frustrating .
