everytime I open farm heroes it doesnt want to connect to Internet so I can save my progress! All other kings games connect ..same device ipad 2 n it's updated ! Closed all active window etc restarted ipad n it's the same issue

Hi there- Thanks for posting on King Care. Welcome to the community. I am sorry that you have been experiencing some problems connecting your game to Facebook. 

Here are a few steps which fix the vast majority of issues:   

-Force close all apps and manage those multitasking apps which can interfere with the performance of the game: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330

-Restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

-Make sure that you have sufficient memory free on your device.
