how do you pass level 1686

I realize that King wants people to stop playing or pay $ but level 1686 is impossible, There is one example on you tube and the the player bought 50 extra moves,   So how can I pass it without spending all that money.  don't give me the mickey mouse suggestions that work at level 1 to 1000,  Change 1686 so people can pass it,  Add about 40 more moves! or reduce the rancid points,
