Lost progress in all games after getting a new phone

After backing up iPhone 6 and getting iPhone 7 I have lost progress in all my games. I am back to level 1 any ideas? I am logged in to Facebook and have tried deleting one and reinstalling it but nothing works? Help I was over level 600 in candy crush saga

Hi Rachel, sometimes it takes a bit of time to get it to reconnect. I know you said you have logged into Facebook...stupid question, was that as soon as you entered the game? Just go back into the settings and check it says connected to Facebook and that you have used the correct account. Sometimes if its busy or internet is playing up, it doesn't always connect first try
