Cannot log in to farm heroes saga , I'm up to level 683 but can't access straight out or through Facebook

Sometimes it can take a little while to connect Brian. Exit the game, reboot your device by holding power and home until the apple logo comes back, then go back into the game and try again. 

Sometimes it helps if you uninstall the Facebook app from your phone and log into via safari
