Why aren't I getting my Flower Tower & Choo Choo's Challenge Rewards?

I've played Flower Tower and Choo Choo's Challenge all week and have only gotten shovel rewards once and two hours of play time. The other booster rewards are not loading. It's happened on two Flower Tower levels and three times on Choo Choo's Challenge. I don't want to delete and reinstall as I'll lose my beans and current rewards. Please help.
