Unauthorised purchase

Good Evening

On the 2nd October 2017, my grandchild who is 7 years old purchased gold bars to the value of nearly £70.  I discovered this after looking at my bank statement.  My grandson is Autistic and has learning difficulties but is very computer literate.  Please, can you tell me if I am able to request a refund as it is a lot of money to lose.  Thank you Kim Dawson.

Kim, I also forgot to mention. Disable inapp purchases. Or at least set it so that it requires a password everytime you purchase anything, make it something he doesn't know, then he won't be able to do it without entering a password
