On the 2nd October 2017, my grandchild who is 7 years old purchased gold bars to the value of nearly £70. I discovered this after looking at my bank statement. My grandson is Autistic and has learning difficulties but is very computer literate. Please, can you tell me if I am able to request a refund as it is a lot of money to lose. Thank you Kim Dawson.
