Treasure mill-I didn't receive my gold bars for all the reigning

for about 2 days I had problem with the treasure mill game. for over 10 times of win and all the notifications with the screenshots to prove, I received only 30 gold bars in the beginning and other 30 when the event was over without any explanation from the Italian customer care.  I don't think I received the adequate compesation for missing gold bars and I am not very happy how they deal. I had another case where two two events disappeared suddenly. after a long long wait, the reply was that he contacts the technical team. but I didn't receive any feedback afterwards. it was more than a week ago.

Hi Gi Young Kim. At the moment King have issues with the treasure mill, and the admin are waiting for the design studio to update them. Once they have fixed it, everyone should be rewarded.
