Changed from explorer to chrome and now games won't open - saying i need to upgrade Flash player. Have checked settings and updated 3 days ago - still won't play. On my desktop computer

Hi Vivienne, Flash is not firmly ensconced into chrome, so it cannot be installed separately. However it sounds like your permissions are not allowing it, and so it is blocking it from working.
Try this link I am giving you, see if it helps as it gives some troubleshooting steps for Flash. Although at some point it will probably just start working again as it should.

Also see if there is a little box that says get flash here, hopefully when you click on it, it will ask you to allow.
