How do i collect my barz from my pig

My pig has been full over 3 weeks and I've been trying to collect my bars but it won't let me. How do I collect my gold Baez

Hi @BrookeBiel welcome to the community. 
The pig is a special offer feature, meaning you get the bars in it, but you need to buy with real money. These are heavily discounted meaning they are a good offer. Some players get confused and think that they have actually earned the gold for free which is why I clarified it. If you are having problems purchasing, come back and let us know
