Remove all games and all progress

Question

I want to remove all games and all progress. I deleted the games from Facebook, but if I reinstall, they have saved the progress. Thanks :)

also, is there a specific reason why I can't do this myself and have to contact the developer directly?

Hi Tabitha,

King care cannot remove progress for the levels associated with your account so that you can start again at level one.

(Queen B, Cez has advised this ;)  )

If playing on Facebook you would need to use a different account to play.

Alternatively, you could play over on King.com and as long as you don't sync progress with Facebook, it won't save your current progress :)
