Trying to unlock

Been trying to unlock asking friends for over a day but no replies this is unusual, another player keeps asking to unlock also and I have helped on every occasion but keeps asking seems they have the same problem, is this a problem with king?

Are you playing on Facebook/gameroom by any chance? There is a good reason why I am asking that, you said your friends have the same issue? I have been as well. I did start up a question about it but unfortunately as nobody else posted on it, and its just the one comment, the studio won't listen until its an obvious wide spread problem. Which I get...its just frustrating lol.

If its not Facebook, but mobile, it could very well be that we have an issue, so if you could reply back with your usual means of playing, OS version, Browser and version if you use a pc, or app version if you use mobile, it would be really helpful
