New phone and lost all boosters AND helpers!

I got a new phone and even though my level was saved nothing else was! I lost all my boosters and all the helpers I've earned up to my current level. This did not happen the last time I switched phones so why now? It's the same manufacturer too. Can someone help? I'm pretty peeved right now!

Boosters and Lives have always been available ONLY at the device you obtain them. Gold bars can be transferred.

Good afternoon ErinLam,

Unfortunately it usually does happen and I am not sure how you managed to avoid it last time as normally gold, beans and companions are still transferred across. Is that what you mean by helpers? Are they all locked again? (Farm club animals)

I have a link as to why boosters are not transferred and also a new device link. You can use the boosters on your old device though at the same time as playing on your new.

Where have the timed daily rewards gone?
I looked forward to getting the timed rewards with boosters on the daily reward as they were very helpful. Why get rid? It’s always the most useful things that disappear instead of the useless ones like dicey acres.
