Connection problem

I have this game on both my phone and iPad but for last week it will not connect to the Internet  even though my iPad is connected and so are my other games. Thank you

Hi Lisa, that is very odd. 

Can you check that your ios is updated and there are no updates for the game waiting please. And I also have some troubleshooting that might help hopefully

It could have just been a temporary fault, but sometimes unless the troubleshooting is done, its not cleared.

Hi thank you for your answer, I have checked update on game that was last updated on 10th April, and my iPad is all up to date, so still have my problem.
