I have the Problem since month!!! Why don‘t you fix this???
I got no Boosters at Choo Choos and all the other Level Events.

but I want to finally get the rewards I have achieved. Even today, I was successful with Cho Choos and again without reward. that really annoys me a lot.

No rewards? Check your boosters and gold as I am not sure exactly what she gave you but if you cannot see anything different, I will add it to the list to be checked again. She has to go into your account, but will be able to see if there was a hold up or if it arrived

Sorry about this. It is an ongoing issue, but Cez has waved her magic wand and you should have some little bonuses added. They will add on to the first device you open the game on though

The majority of players are still earning boosters which is making it harder to pinpoint where the issue is.
Can you please try this troubleshooting and if it doesn't help, come back and let me know. But I will also pass this over to a moderator to see if she can do anything
