Not receiving rewards I win in special events.

Hi. I am not receiving rewards I win in special events properly. I have complained earlier and a moderator helped me by sending those items. But then again the same is repeating. I won rewards in Choo Choo challenge but didn't receive them. Do I have to request each time like this?? What's the problem exactly and how do I fix it?
