Gold bars on FB on laptop

I tried today to purchase 52 gold bars on the game on FB on laptop. once again the payment is taken from my paypal and receipt sent to me but NO gold bars? Why does this keep happening to me? It is so annoying I am still stuck on level 1767 and no bars to try to clear it, even when I go to buy again the same thing happens! WHY, WHY, WHY, and what are you going to do a about it?
