Basket Boosters

I was getting the boosters on my iPhone until less than a week ago and now they’ve disappeared, sort of anyways.  Now, they’re back and I watch the ad but I don’t receive the booster.  What happened...?

Hi Teresa, can I check you are talking about Farm heroes and not farm heroes super saga? As farm heroes doesn't have baskets
