Pourquoi je ne peut plus ouvrir l'application sur mon smartphone ?

Cela fait 3 jours que je n'arrive pas à ouvrir l'application farm heroes , j'ai mis à jour , j'ai éteint puis rallumer mon téléphone mais l'application ne s'ouvre toujours pas . Que dois je faire ? Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider ?
