Issues collecting my gold bars

I have an issue collecting my gold bars and gifts both in farm heroes and candy crush. It says full, buy gold bars now, but when I click on it, it says no connection every time for weeks bowand I have WiFi connection which works. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it several times and it still does it. Its getting a little frustrating because I can't redeem gold bars I'm supposed to have to play my game.

To Clarify, you are trying to open the piggy bank? I just need to make sure you are aware of the fact that it will cost you real money, even though its at a special offer rate. 

Have you got in app purchases blocked? Can you log on to a different connection?
