Lost progress

I upgraded my Android phone and all progress and boosters on Farm Heroes are gone. How do I fix this please?

Hi Dianne, as regards lost progress, have a look at this link here. If you cannot get it back yourself, there is a contact form at the end, make sure you select gameplay/progress so it gets to the right department. 

As regards the boosters, were they saved up ones or purchased boosters? As because the game is designed to play offline as well as online, you have to have your boosters accessible for even when not connected. This means they are saved in your phone memory not on the game itself and so therefore cannot be tracked. You would need to use up all of them on your older phone
