I lost all my progress connecting to facebook

I was on Farm Heroes Saga, approx level 1300 with at least 300000 beans and over 500 gold bars. I connected to facebook as I didn't want to lose my progress and the game started back at level 1 with all bars and beans lost. I think I had previously connected it to a different facebook account that I disconnected from a long time ago.

Have a look at this article, if you cannot get it back yourself, just make sure you email the team from the contact link provided in it, but you must select gameplay/lost progress to make sure it gets to the right department

I disconnected from facebook and uninstalled facebook, then reconnected to the previous facebook account and all was back, present and correct, thanks.
