It might be something you have to keep doing to keep it going, so don't save too many boosters that's the only thing.

I'll do a checkup with the game studio if there's any issues with the game.
Until then I suggest you try creating a new user profile on your device - this will create a clean setup and from here you can install the game and hopefully it will work without any issues. If the issue is still there then I suggest you play Farm Heroes Saga on Facebook or King.com until the issue has been fully located.

I do not have VPN software, a network configuration or software to manage devices or anything like that.
Since the incident happens on both your Galaxy tab S2 and Samsung S6 I was wondering if there were any apps or similar configuration on the devices? It could be VPN software, network configuration, software to manage devices or similar.
I'll keep an eye out for other players with similar issues.
I have reinstalled the game again and cleared the cash and everything is working again. Thank you for your help!
P.s I will pass it over again and Mark can query it with the studio.
Gah! I know you already tried it but since the update have you tried removing it, clearing android cache.. reboot and reinstall again? Just in case the updated game is using the old cached data. Android saves data in case you might reinstall.. so once you install the game before you got play go back to settings. Apps. The game app, storage then clear cache and data then try loading it up. Let me know.
It could be the age though. With all the devices out there the games always run better on newer models because they have to compete with other games and new technology
Nope. After being able to play stop and reopen the game for one day I am now back to the same problem. It does not start anymore today. All I see is the orange screen and than it stops.

Sorry for the communication silence in between, sometimes we're still waiting for updates on the situation while they are quietly fixing it and they update the game and don't say anything. Glad its sorted now

I see the orange king screen, than loading... still in the orange screen and than it crashes. No new apps or updates. The same goes for my smartphone.

What happens when you try to start the game? Does it load the intro screen or does is crash?
Have you added any new apps or updates to the tablet lately?

Hmmm. It might possibly be the devices due to the age, but I am going to pass it over to the team to see if they know of any issues. Mine has been working fine on all devices and I haven't heard of anyone else with the issue but that doesn't mean there isn't one. Hang in there, I will ask for help
Nothing helped. Android version: 7.0 Galaxy tab S2. I have the same problem on my smartphone Samsung S6 also Android 7.0.

These things are usually caused by a glitch somewhere in the system so before we report it, I need to ask you to do some troubleshooting which you can find here.
If that doesn't work (please try it first though) can you let me know your android version and the device and version number please
