Lost all my progress after connecting to facebook

Hello there, i have a quite big problem i wasa about to reach the 640 lvl or above, and i decidet to connect to facebook to save my progress but i got the instant reset of all of it, and now i'm on lvl one, what i need to do to get all of this back?

Do not panic, all is not lost

Have a look at this link and if it does not work, there is a contact email towards the bottom. Make sure you choose gameplay/lost progress and they will be able to sort it for you
