This is not the first time this has happened,I've done everything they say do to clear it up,It does the same thing.WHY

    Hi Betty, could you tell me which device you are using please and I will get you some troubleshooting ;)

    I did go back and check the level myself and I had no issues, so it could just be a small memory saved glitch causing it. Once we have tried the troubleshooting we can take it from there :)
