Hi Nicole, thank you for using King care.
Can I ask which version of ios and which device you use please? With the last update, several people have complained of the same, but its down to the fact the older devices are not handling the game as well. If you have no saved boosters, try uninstalling the game, uninstalling anything else app wise you don't use (now might be a good time to have a clear out) reboot your tablet then reinstall and see if that helps
