Why don't we get unlimited lives from Choo Choo (until the last gift box) anymore?

We used to get 2 hrs mixed in, not anymore. That is the only gift that Choo Choo gave out consistently. Why don't we get more chances for unlimited lives?

    Good evening Deb, Choo Choo is being very mean and keeping hold of the prizes he should be giving out. The team are aware and are trying to make him cough up. I don't know how long that will take though :/
